By accessing or using Inkgraph, a product of Rapu Labs Oy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Inkgraph is a workspace for writers. It provides tools to write, organise, and cross-reference creative material as a knowledge graph.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe, or overload our systems.
- Reverse engineer or circumvent security or usage limits.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without written permission.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all creative material you upload or create in Inkgraph. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, index, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train machine-learning models, nor do we share it with third parties outside the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and underlying software are owned by Rapu Labs Oy and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Availability and Changes
We aim for reliable Service but may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where practical.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inkgraph will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in that period. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Data Protection and GDPR
We act as an independent controller for account and platform data and as a processor for your creative content. Personal data is stored and processed in the European Union. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach or to address security or risk. You may close your account at any time. Certain sections (including liability, IP, and governing law) survive termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Finland have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law grants you local rights.
